Numerical analysis for a chemotaxis-Navier–Stokes system

چکیده
In this paper we develop a numerical scheme for approximating d -dimensional chemotaxis-Navier–Stokes system, =2, 3, modeling cellular swimming in incompressible fluids. This model describes the chemotaxis-fluid interaction cases where chemical signal is consumed with rate proportional to amount of organisms. We construct approximations based on Finite Element method and analyze optimal error estimates convergence towards regular solutions. order scheme, use splitting technique deal chemo-attraction term cell-density equation, leading introduce new variable given by gradient concentration. Having equivalent model, consider fully discrete approximation which well-posed mass-conservative. obtain uniform scheme. Finally, present some simulations verify good behavior our as well check numerically proved theoretical analysis.
